Cynthia, You need to apply to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC). However, you will need a local presence in India before your application is accepted. If you have a local presence, you can prepare the application package in English, submit it to TEC, they will review it, your product will then be evaluated in the lab, hopefully a factory inspection is not required, TEC reviews the lab report, and approval will either be granted or not. You may appeal if not. The equipment is tested to national standards based on CCITT recommendations. The specifics that you are asking for, I do not know.
