No.  The AS/NZS 3260 standard is a _joint_ Australian/New Zealand safety
standard, based on IEC 950.  The Australian AUSTEL TS-001 standard is
technically a telecommunications safety standard, but all it really says is
the product must pass AS/NZS 3260.
