Mel,
TS 001 is the Australian (AUSTEL) Safety spec., which calls
out AS3260 (and adds some stuff too), which is basically
reprinted IEC 950 (which revision?) with Australian differences.
Australia and New Zealand have harmonized on alot of standards,
I don't recall off-hand if TS 001 is one (my copy is old)
but it probably is, AS3260 is ("AS/NZS 3260").
Best regards,
Stephen C. Phillips

Dear TREGers:
I want to know if I'm correct with this information.
-The Australian IEC 950 based standard is AS3260.
-The New Zealand IEC 950 based standard is TS001.
Am I correct? Thanx for your help in advance.
