Not knowing the details of the "minor" changes, I cannot comment on them. However, any changes to the TNV circuitry will likely require retesting and resubmittal to Part 68. Any changes to any part of the product must be seriously scruntinized for any impact to Part 15 and retesting must be considered if any change is suspect. Just my 2 cents worth. Any other comments?
