  It all depends on the changes made.  For FCC part 15 you can test it and
  use the new DoC route of compliance.
  For part 68, depending on the change you most likely will need to make
  some tests and file a modification application.

We manufacture a simple single line analog telephone product. It has FCC
part 68 and part 15 approvals. We have made a few minor changes to it and
would like to know if we need to get the entire product reapproved, or if
we can simply file some paper work with FCC attesting that we have tested
the product and it still meets specs.

Any help on what is the "right" thing to do here would be appreciated.
