     Dear Treggers,

I am working on modem certifications, and I would like to know if
any of you already heard about Blind Dial Tone .

Blind Dial tone is supposed to be an functionality where your modem
could dial with being disconnected from the network for example (so
there's no tone). I am wondering if this is allowed every where, or if
some countries (like it seems to be for France) forbid this function.

It would be interesting for us to work in this Blind Dial tone
configuration. Do you have any comment from your various experiences?

     Thank you for any help,

     Regards,
     Ingrid Rajaomanana
