Test reports from foreign test laboratories accredited by either NVLAP or A2LA located in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Taiwan, and Singapore are now acceptable to the FCC as a basis of FCC Part 15B Class B self authorization process for PCs and PC peripherals.
