Linda, Sounds as if, thanks to you, we'll all know about changes in regulations in Japan before JATE! Looks like good work on your part, but it does seem odd for NTT and JATE to be uncoordinated in their dealings with third parties. In my experience, the Japanese usually excel in this respect, so it must be one of those one-in-a-million glitches....
