Linda I spoke with Mr. Kobayashi at JATE. He flattly denied that they were in the process of making changes to the forms. He said that they were in the process of adjusting their "THINKING." What do you think that means? I think it means they want to make it easier for Japanese companies to do business with them and make it appear that it is easier for foreign companies to do business with them. He did say that denying now that they are in the process of changing their forms does not exclude them from making changes to the forms in the future. When that might be is a hot iron he would not touch. I will keep my eyes and ears open for any new information on the subject and let you know. Thanks for your contact.
