Duane, Denmark has made prTBR21 their interim national standard with the proviso that if it is changed technically before publication as a CTR, product approvals based on the preliminary version will need to recertified to the changes.
The BABT will be accepting testing to prTBR21 for approval as soon as they publish the notice in their newsletter "The Approval." They plan to recognize approvals based on prTBR21 from other countries once mutual recognition agreements are worked out. It looks like those EU member states who voted for it are on a path to make prTBR21 the de facto harmonized standard with or without official acceptance under the rules of the EC.
