Denmark has made prTBR21 their interim national standard with the proviso 
that if it is changed technically before publication as a CTR, product 
approvals based on the preliminary version will need to recertified to 
the changes.

The BABT will be accepting testing to prTBR21 for approval as soon as 
they publish the notice in their newsletter "The Approval." They plan to 
recognize approvals based on prTBR21 from other countries once mutual 
recognition agreements are worked out.

It looks like those EU member states who voted for it are on a path to 
make prTBR21 the de facto harmonized standard with or without official 
acceptance under the rules of the EC.
