Upon return to Canada from a week at the IIR seminar in London, I had a lot of eMail waiting for me, as you can guess. Half of it was "Clarifications on the Acceptance of TBR21". I've just finished going through that stack and frankly, I've got a pile of rumours and no assurance from anybody in authority that anybody will accept TBR21 as written and accepted in ETSI.
I am not convinced that the sharing of rumors to this extent is really helpful. Anyway, only a few more years and Marinus Bogen will have pushed the CTE through and this all becomes academic. In the mean time, may I suggest that we verify via eMail what we think we've heard, with the appropriate officials and send out their official responses. Thank you, Vic Boersma
