Yes, your label content is correct under FCC rule 2.803 As far as
design and material, the FCC states that it must be "conspicuous" i.e.
readily visible and obvioulsy not worn, torn or faded.

Hello,
can anyone advice me about the labelling requirements
of equipment that has to be registered by FCC but isn't
yet ?
Some years ago when I had deal with this question the
first time, I was informed that one has to use the
following text:
"This device has not been approved by the Federal
Communications Commision. This device is not, and may
not be, offered for sale or lease, or sold or leased
until the approval of the FCC has been obtained."
Is this information up to date ? Are there any require-
ments concerning material and design of the label ?
