Reminder: The FCC Rules and Regulations, as you load them down from the WEBsite, may not be the latest version of the Rules and Regulations. Because of the Paper Protection Act (or something of that ilk), the US Printing Office updates US Publications when the Printing Office is ready, not when the rules change. The latest version of the Rules cannot be put on a WEBsite, before the US Printing Office has produced a new version.
You have to subscribe to a private Rules publisher, or glue amendments into your copy of the Rules whenever changes are made. Happy research and gluing. Vic
