I cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, but Germany, Belgium, Portugal and
Norway voted NO and all others YES. Note that Norway and Switzerland are
not EU members and their votes are not included in the figure for CTR
decision. The final result was 76% (71% needed).
Just for curiosity, Germany had promised to vote Yes if their Advisory
Notes were accepted but they changed their vote anyway..........

Is there any TBR21 forum or Web site which shows the
position of each country on the TBR21 ?
Specially France and Germany ?
I have not found this info on the ETSI Web site
http://www.trac.org.uk/ although the CTR status on
Dec 15,97 is clearly shown.
