On another note, does anyone know the position Germany and
Switzerland are taking with regards to their current billing pulse
requirements. I see no mention of 12KHz or 16KHz requirements in
TBR21. Amy information would be helpful.

Is there any TBR21 forum or Web site which shows the
position of each country on the TBR21 ?
Specially France and Germany ?
I have not found this info on the ETSI Web site
http://www.trac.org.uk/ although the CTR status on
Dec 15,97 is clearly shown.
