There is an excellent booklet and wall chart available from British
Standards THE division, called 'World Electricity Supplies'.  It should be
available from your local standards vendor.  If you have problems do come
back to me and I'll give you more information.

This document gives information on domestic, commercial and industrial
distribution voltages and frequencies, and also type of connection, e.g.
Star (Y), delta, open delta, open delta/earthed centre tap, etc. etc. and
all the other strange ways of distributing electrical power around a
country.
