Tania,

I see what you mean about it not being in Russian, it looks like a mess.  You
can change the way it looks if you are using Navigator as follows:

>From the Edit Menu, choose Preferences.., Appearance, Fonts
For Encoding, choose Cyrillic
For Variable width font, change from Times to Arial
Choose the first radio button:  "Use my default fonts..."
then click OK and reload the page.

Then it should look more like Russian.
