To all, The Russian telecom standard is question is 7153-85, "Standard telephone (Handset) Common technical requirement". To my knowledge this standard has not been offically translated into English, however, some English tranlations may exist.
The reportedly most important part of this standard, as can be seen on the following web sites, is in Russian.
