Vic, Norway accepts CTR21 but this acceptance depends on the type of equipment you want to market there. A general question like if they will accept CTR21 can not be answered with a simple yes or no.
Verification if acceptance is guaranteed (which I would always recommend, regardless of the type of equipment) takes only a phone call to the Notified Body in Norway (Mr. Fjerdingby-Comlab, tel: +47 22 82 49 00 as stated before).
