Reading the variety of answers to the question, it does not take a brain surgeon to conclude that we are having to do with a sharing of ignorance and people are sending what they "think" they know, not what they really know on the basis of any profound research. From several years of reading TREG, my vote goes with Edward Fitzgerald. If you need to know more for sure, you'll have to pay somebody to do the footwork.
