Also, I notice that Sprint seems to be fine when it comes to service changes and technical issues. But when it comes down to money, the bottom line, they are not cooperative. My wife tried many times to get her $100 and Sprint was a brick wall. The more I read the more I see greeed between the lines. Sorry to be dark....
