I just saw this "mosquito" ringtone (17KHz.wav) that someone posted on the Treo
group Yahoo page.

It's a continuous 17 kHz tone, which I guess is near the upper threshold of
human hearing. I can't hear it at all, not even with the speaker volume
cranked up to the max. When I asked my 12 yr old son to come in the room to
listen, he covered his ears, ran out, and screamed for me to turn it off
because the piercing sound was so loud it hurt his ears.
But I don't hear anything! Do any of you hear it?
