Uninstall and Cleanup (Neatfreak?) are probably what you're thinking 
about. So that you have a good uninstall program on prior to adding any 
apps.

I'm still not convinced they do anything better than anything else 
though (having now been using Destaller Pro for a while). I'm slowly 
deciding that the best way to uninstall is by using Resco Explorer and 
view by creator i.d. to remove all the files.
