One of the columns available in RLock shows you the attributes of the
application, one of which is "receives notifications".  So you can tell
from RLock's own internal list what should be locked.  Note, too, that
not everything that receives notifications needs to be locked, either.
Wordview+ is listed as needing notifications, and I don't lock it.
