Tomtom updates their maps so infrequently it's annoying. And their customer service is the worst! (Sprint on a bad day has better CS!) They refuse to support their product on a Treo unless you guarantee that Tomtom is the only thing installed on your sd card. (WTF?!) So while it has more options than anything else, it's pointless having options that won't work.
