Getting a code from them is simple. You can do it on their website. No need to call CS for that. But adding new maps can be hell. I don't know a soul who hasn't had issues with that. I loaded new maps and could see the correct file structure...they loaded once after installing them...but never showed up to change maps from inside Tomtom again. I'll never go back to Tomtom.
