Thanks.  My symptoms are not as severe as yours, and I've been 
generally pleased with the 680, which I got not long after they came 
out.  This particular reset symptom is fairly new.  

I'll stop by a T-Mobile store and see if they can help me.  I'd hate 
to switch carriers, since the $20/month unlimited web thing, to 
which I am grandfathered, is irreplaceable.
