Who is your service provider, AT&T or T-Mobile? Palm is suggesting to me it
makes a difference. Must use a 3G SIM (only available from AT&T) even though
the 680 isn't 3G-capable. Palm won't send a replacement unless I get 3G a
SIM. I can't because T-Mobile doesn't have a 3G system.

BTW, did you know that the Palm Store is outsourced to a vendor? And so is
Corporate Customer Support!
