I had my white unlocked 680 since it came out. I had preordered it from the website but when travelling through Boston, I bought it in the store and cancelled my order.
All I can say is my 680 is significantly more stable and reliable then my 650 was. It still has issues occasionally but I have it loaded down with all sorts of stuff. For example, I have Uninstall, SkinUI, Skinner, ResetDoctor, ZLauncher and a whole host of other apps leaving 20% memory free and my 8 GB card has 1GB free. Having said that, there are always bad units in mass production. I'm sure your replacement unit will be much better off. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
