let me add something here. I have treo 680 & ppc6700. I can't do without a treo. It's the best thing. Treo has lot more options than WM5 - ppc6700. windows is all name & load on machine. I hav 64mb on both but the search for names is much faster on treo. The contacts are 4400 in both. I sync with outlook both the devices. There are few advantages os wm5 but there r softwares available for treo. R u into graphocs? If not then how would ur screen matter? Treo is beautiful & best. I miss wi-fi in treo, but in India we r not yet fully wi-fi so y bother. Palm os is the way to go. I got wm5 on cdma first, then I got a treo on gsm.

This comparison is apples to oranges to begin with. It is pointless because the OS dictates the differences. My point is not about WM6 versus Palm, but the small differences between these device are insignificant even if they were the same operating system. Others, like the RAM difference would only be good if the devices were the same. Yes, it is pointless but people who DON'T KNOW wouldn't know unless they raised the question so that those who DO KNOW could share their insight (and of course their opinion too- whether we want it or not).
