Android may dent iPhone, but remember - iPhone will have just as many developers out there creating apps and while Google will have the technical buzz, Apple still has the trendy buzz - which can be just as important.
I do agree that Palm will be left behind, but if they make their OS as open and developer friendly as Android, perhaps they can still get sloppy seconds ports of Android efforts. Plus who says they may not get onboard with Android AS WELL? They DID go to Windows Mobile!
