Nope. You need full admin rights to install any 3th party conduit SW. Can't you ask IT dept to do this for you ?
I have to look it up myself but I believe there is also something like Blackberry Connect for PalmOS ... you might consider using that to sync wirelessly ? Greetz, Nico.
