Yes, yes...can you provide a credible reference (i.e., a refereed research journal or NHS publication) for this "fact," or is this merely another urban legend? Do a search on "medical tourism" and be prepared to sit with your jaw agape at the growth and scale of this phenomenon. And yes, many Americans go to Mexico every year to get treatment and/or prescription meds. Read up a bit on this whole issue...you'll be amazed at how big a problem it all is.
