Well, you would think that, however. Prior to me getting on the group yesterday, I had already called Sprint and SprintPalm customer service, and duh...all of them said.
"nope, once you delete it off the palm desktop, you can't get it back" or they wanted to go through the whats the phone's serial number jazz... uh...its in the lake..go fish??? oh and no offense to anyone, but additionally, twice more I also got the Hindi customer service agent with such an accent I couldn't understand them......Out sourcing..go figure...WHat a PAIN Anyways, as I said from the mountain top after all the smoke cleared Ya'll saved me.
