Yes, you ARE supposed to remove all tweaks and themes before installing a
new update.  Some people opt not to do this and don't report issues, but
others do, so to be safe I always uninstall, which can get annoying because
I have a LOT of patches installed (48).  I wish Preware had some way of
saving your installed patches so that after uninstalling you could just hit
a reinstall command and get them all back on at once...
