Yes, that would be nice and, in fact, it exists! Kinda. Preware lets you turn on and off individual patches right through its interface. Of course, once you turn it off, you have to go through the list of all available ones to turn it back on. So, a nice feature addition to PW would be to have a personal list of patches such as you suggest.
