I'd definitely go with Google Docs and set up a spreadsheet with all this. Not only will it survive your home going up in flames (taking both your phone and your desktop with it), but it'll be searchable and editable from any Internet-connected computer or phone.
First, if you have Excel, I'd export the Memos (per category) into a CSV and import that into Excel using a delimited format (using space as the delimiter) to give you columns. Clean that up as needed (shouldn't take too much) and then import into Google Docs. If you haven't used Google Docs, it looks almost exactly like Excel, but in your browser (nifty!). Google Docs is accessible via the Pre's browser and gives full viewing and editing right from the phone.
