Anecdotal isn't 3 Pre's on opening day...when it's a whole new generation of phone. I never hear stories of people going through Windows Phones...they get one and it works. (Crashes...but that's the os.) I've only known one person who had a bad experience with a BB as far as hardware goes. But considering the small number of Pre's sold, I know an awful lot of people who have been through several already, due to faulty hardware. Granted, I know a bunch of you who are on the first one, but I shouldn't know anyone who has gone through several - or two guys who gave up the Pre altogether because the hardware was shoddy.
