I've been noticing more and more developers depending on forums for tech
support, so I don't think it's Google's size that's the determining factor.
Add to that nearly all the companies that have real, on the phone
or chat tech support that's really in India and often has to stumble
through the same stuff you've already tried, and this forum is probably
the best tech support going.
