That actually makes me a little nervous - having my most secure/private
information open on a port for another device to read?  Do we have
information that makes us trust that our encrypted data isn't being sent out
over the internet somewhere at the same time it's made available to the Pre
in that way?  What's our base of trust for this developer?

Another thing I like about Secret! is I've had very few questions, and 
Andreas gets back with answers quickly. Thus:

You then can initiate the sync from the Pre when you've got a wifi
