Apparently it is normal for several people who have queried the Google help forum.

The commbination of the two presentations makes me think Google's got a problem with webOS. Which brings up one of the problems I have with contemporary help systems - the ones that leave it to the users to figure out their own problems, while the provider concentrates on sales.
