I believe this was mentioned on the device's update screen notification.  Or
perhaps I read it somewhere else.  I don't recall.  Either way, it said that
if it doesn't find a wi-fi connection, it'll wait for one for 2 days.  At
that point it will download the update via the carrier's broadband
connection when it's on a charger or when the battery is at least 30%
charged.  Or something along those lines.
