This was one of the items on the webOS wishlist that Craig assembled about a month ago. The far-from-universality of Universal Search is one of my biggest complaints with the Pre. I really miss being able to search for strings in Contacts and Calendar. I have this search capability for Notes and Tasks because I use the Chapura Pocket Mirror versions of those apps. I sure wish Chapura would come out with equally enhanced versions of Contacts and Calendar.

Sure would like it to be, though. In Google contacts, and on my old Treo, I could put in ths guys name and all the contacts containing the name would pop up. Not so anymore.
