I usually only keep one or two things open - email and twee for example. Do you have the Pre or the Pre Plus? With the Pre, you're much more likely to get the Too Many Cards error by keeping lots of stuff open. If I COULD I would keep a bunch of things open, so if you have a Pre Plus, I'd go for it. The only disadvantage I see is the Too Many Cards error. Otherwise, basically everything will just be accessible a lot faster since it's already running...
