OK, I don't understand, but it works so I'll take it. I have not yet
removed the 800Mhz patch. But for a reason I can't explain, I went into
pReader's prefs, just to look around. And I change the page color. And I
went back to the library list and opened the book I'd been reading - and
it worked. As do the other three books in the library.
So I still will need to remove the speed patch, but pReader is
back working on the books I've bought from eReader/Barnes & Noble, and
I'm a happy camper.
