Evernote does that 'cept it calls them Tags. Downside of EN (There has to be one) is no access to your notes without access to Internet. Notes will store on the Mac, PC and EN server, but not on the fone. There are times when I want to find the brain behind that decision. OTOH, I'm not often out of Internet, between Sprint and wifi.
