I interviewed there a long while back, but turned down a second interview after hearing the salary range (and using google to look at the price of housing in the area)... To be more accurate, my wife turned them down. Personally I would have taken the hit in salary and living style, but with a wife and kids, the decision was not mine alone to make.
Still, there is plenty of opportunity here... just awaiting folks with will and vision.
