You can get help and help others in the forums, we try doing it the best we can. However, we respect you, and we cannot offer you that kind of "help", because we believe that teaching people to loose its control over its own hardware is not something good. I hope you understand the point. I admit that at first time it is bit annoying, but I'm sure that if you understand the importance of free software, you'll agree with us that the only way that world's dynamics respects people's freedom is to fight against privative software and don't accept it as a solution.
