Changing Debian's repositories for Trisquel's is a good recipe for problems!  
If you are using Debian Stable, the versions of the system libraries are  
older than those of Trisquel. If you use Debian Testing/Unstable, it is the  
opposite. Some applications expect some recent version of the system  
libraries...
