I created a shell script from Synaptic with what I want. It doesn't work on  
my Windows computer with an Internet connection. I get a long list of Command  
Prompt errors "[url] is not recognized as an operable program or batch file",  
etcetera. APTonCD isn't useful because I no longer use CDs. Apt-offline  
doesn't offer a clear download link (that's the exception, not the rule).
